FAQ
    Weather?
  • All corn maze activities are outdoors.  There is no protection from weather elements.  If you see that the weather looks questionable, you may want to choose another day.  We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather once you have purchased your ticket.  Rain can cause slippery and wet trails very quickly.  If we have been blessed with much rain and is causing customers to fall, we will definitely consider closing the maze.  In the case that we do, we will always post that message on our answering machine.  So if you are suspicious of weather conditions, please call ahead.
    Is the corn maze lit?
  • When the sun goes down, so does your light. You are welcome to bring flashlights or purchase glow sticks at the concession stand. Otherwise, it is just you and the moon!
Sure you can. The maze is 20 acres with3 miles of trail with intricately woven trails. Take the wrong turn at an intersection in the maze and you could easily be separated. Just plan on meeting at the concession stand to meet back up with your party.
    Closing procedures?
  • Please help us in our closing procedures by listening for the announcement made from the concession stand asking people to make their way out of the maze. It is vital that we know all mazers are out and taking the hayride to the parking lot. If you are waiting for members of your party to exit, please wait for them in the parking lot. Once we have everyone cleared out of the concession area we can then make a sweep from stragglers.
Can small children complete the maze?
  • Wagons are easier to pull than pushing a stroller. We have small children do the maze in a mix of dad's shoulders, in wagons, and walking. Each parent handles this question differently. The situation depends if you are doing the maze for adult entertainment or if it is about the children and doing it at their pace.

Why do we ask mazers 12 and under to be accompanied by a parent?
  • It is our policy for Mazers 12 and under to be accompanied by a parent. For your peace of mind and the safety of our younger mazers we do ask for anyone 12 and under to be acompanied by a parent. There are many people that come to the maze of all ages and behaviors and your child will not be watched over by Barbott employees.
